that was an interesting journey! I like how the album starts with a lighter tone - space ambient vibes - before slowly drifting into deeper and deeper dark drone territory where you almost feel like you're roaming through a desolated alien landscape. The whole process happened so gradually that I didn't even realize the whole vide of the album was changing before I actually found myself walking through strange decrepit alien structures and monoliths. Absolutely loved it!
Oh and I forgot to add that I got a ton of new music on bandcamp last friday. A lot of it from Synphaera. I'm really digging this label. Lots of awesome music (and the covers for their albums are literal works of art!). I don't know if you're aware of soma.fm webradio (next best thing after Moving Through Space!) they have a couple of radio stations dedicated to ambient music and one of them is solely dedicated to music from Synphaera artists. Great stuff.
