What an amazing album we've got here. This one took me by surprise, I have to say. Of course I was expecting the same high quality ambient music I'm used to discovering on this blog and I was also expecting quality since this was released on Faint (thanks for bringing them to my attention btw - I had never heard of them before) but was I was NOT expecting was an atmospheric deep/dub techno album. You definitely caught me by surprise there. I love these types of sounds. especially during fall/winter. And this album is a perfect mix of deep ghostly drones and deep, slow, rumbling dub techno grooves and echoing chords. Just perfect. If you like that, I recommend checking Aura Minimum. I think you'll enjoy.
